Custom Order Nature

Our products are custom-made to your specific requirements. Due to the personalized nature of our embroidery services, all sales are final once confirmed. This means:

  • Orders cannot be canceled after confirmation
  • Each design is uniquely created for the individual customer
  • Customization inherently limits our ability to resell or reuse completed items

Order Modifications

Changes requested after sale confirmation may be accommodated subject to the following conditions:

  • Modification requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
  • Additional costs may be incurred for design changes, material adjustments, or production delays.
  • Modification approval is at the sole discretion of our design team.
  • Significant changes may require a new order to be placed.

Quality Assurance

While we strive for perfection in every custom embroidery project, we understand the importance of customer satisfaction>

Defect Policy

  • Manufacturing defects will be addressed promptly
  • Customers must report any defects within 7 days of receiving the order
  • Proof of defect (clear photographs) must be provided.
  • Verified defects will be repaired or replaced at no additional cost.

Unacceptable Returns Reasons

The following do not qualify for returns or refunds:

  • Dissatisfaction with color variations (slight differences are inherent in custom work)
  • Change of mind
  • Sizing issues (we recommend careful measurement before ordering)
  • Customization that meets original specifications.

Shipping

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable under all circumstances
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information
  • We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during shipping

Refund Process

In the rare event a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.
  • Processing may take 5-10 business days.
  • Refund amount will be the product cost only, excluding shipping.
  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email.

Customer Responsibility

  • Carefully review design proofs before final approval.
  • Provide accurate and complete specifications.
